The Fleming Environmental, Inc. Playground and Recreation Equipment Division is managed by Frank Cicero. (over five (5) years industry experience) and is skilled in all areas of construction and construction related services for the design, installation, removal and updating of Playground and Other Recreation Equipment.

Our Playgrounds Division personnel include (but are not limited to) the company’s Senior Design Managers with direct field management responsibilities for all projects including, but not limited to project layout and all completion phases. Our technician’s are also certified by NPSI (National Playground Safety Institute).

Our Division includes personnel that operate heavy machinery and supervise excavation, as well as site cleanup and formal client presentation.
